New Years Resolutions and Goals Affirmations

I don’t really have a resolution. I have some goals for the year and do my best to keep the momentum up ALL YEAR. Sometimes that last quarter can be ROUGH. So, here are some affirmations for your New Year’s resolutions/goals whether you have them or not. 

I forgive myself for believing I have to feel frustrated with myself if I don’t keep my resolution or reach my goal.

I forgive myself when I’ve already failed at what I hoped to do this year.

I forgive myself when I fail.

I forgive myself when I hurt someone’s feelings with my frustration. 

I forgive myself when I put my goals and resolutions above care and connection of others.

I forgive myself when I don't make goals.

I forgive myself for believing I'm a bad person if I don't set or meet my goals.

I forgive others for hurting my feelings when they put their goals and resolutions above care and connection.

I forgive others for hurting my feelings when they're angry with me because I don't have a goal  or didn't meet my goal.

I forgive myself for holding on to anger with myself when I don't meet my goals.

I forgive myself for believing I have to beat myself up if I don't have a resolution or meet a goal.

I give others permission to forgive me when I blame them for the anger I feel or for why I can't meet the goal.

I give others permission to forgive me when I'm angry at them because they didn't meet their goal.

I love and accept myself even when I'm afraid I'm a failure.

I love and accept myself even when I'm afraid to meet my goals will mean more responsibility.

I love and accept myself even when I'm afraid I'm not worthy of my ambition.

I forgive others for hurting my feelings when I have ambition and they cut me down.

I give myself permission to feel worthy of my ambition.

Without this insecurity with my goals, I am free to be present to the best of my abilities with whatever I set my mind to or whoever I'm with that I love.
